Welcome to our holiday home “CASITA JOANA”!

The house is located at the southern coast of Formentera, right next to the longest sandy beach of the island – Platja de Mitjorn. The bay is more than 6 km long and with its white sand and crystal clear waters it´s one of the most beautiful holiday areas of Formentera. The “CASITA JOANA” is in walking distance, less than 250 m from the sea.

It´s also right next to the Holidayresort “DUNAS DE FORMENTERA” and their restaurant of the same name.

The house has a living space of about 40qm, it´s an isolated building with an area of 1 000qm. The romantic studio for 2 people provides a combined bed- and living area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It has two entrances: the main entrance in front of the house with a roofed terrace and space for parking. And a backdoor to the dunes, to the roofterrace and the outside area. Behind the house you can sit between dunes and pinetrees and enjoy the sun. It offers all the tranquillity and privacy you need for a relaxing vacation!
